All jewelry purchased from Agape Gems include a lifetime warranty. All repairs are free of cost. For lost stones, minor design adjustments may be made to compensate for repairs. Customer reserves final design approval rights, if such adjustments are necessary.

Returns and Exchanges
Merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Both initial and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To avoid damage during shipment, customer must ensure that return item(s) is properly packaged. All sales are final on custom and clearance items.
Payments by Check
If paying with a personal check, the order will be shipped upon receipt and clearance of funds. A $25 service charge will be assessed for returned and/or blocked checks due to insufficient funds.
